- Sunny, sheltered south-facing seating area in the front yard
- Access to secluded walled garden shared with 36 High Street
- Parking for one car in the cobbled courtyard
- Steps from the beach, the Ship Inn, and the village shops
- Option to add on a sauna session for an extra fee
- Can be booked alongside neighbouring 36 High Street for groups of up to 11
